Plugged it in and was grilling within minutes. The non-stick surface works amazingly well and cleanup is a breeze. Excellent value for the price and quality you get.

Love this thing! Grilled chicken comes out perfectly juicy and vegetables get those nice grill marks. My family uses it almost daily now.

Really solid construction and heats evenly. Takes up minimal counter space but still fits plenty of food. Only wish the drip tray was slightly larger, but that's minor.
