The 40" Lava Series Wood-Fired Oven combines traditional wood-fired cooking with digital controls and a convection fan. The fan circulates heat throughout the oven to support more even cooking, while the design includes features intended to make reignition easier and heat management more consistent.

Built with a 304 stainless steel inner shell, refractory cement made with volcanic stone, and a cut-and-polished volcanic stone cooking surface, the oven also features thermal insulation and a mosaic tile outer shell. A black stand is included for the complete oven setup.
